Апгрейд == смена тарифа.
На тройку я посмотрел - тем более что на The One Plan они вообще true unlimited сделали, отменив лимит в один гиг.
Вот только покрытие их меня беспокоит. Меня и т-мобайловское-то не очень устраивает, а у тройки, говорят, ещё хуже...
